Excellent place with amenities like free wi-fi, laundry, and a bar area. The 24-hour reception staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay. I always recommend it and am coming back for Easter.

Hotel Suisse in Strasbourg surprised me in many ways. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the stunning cathedral. My room, the Cozy Double Room with Cathedral View, offered a beautiful view of the cathedral, making mornings feel special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of pastries and fresh items. However, noise disturbances at night were a downside. I noticed the walls weren't very soundproof, which made it hard to relax. The staff were attentive but could use better communication regarding parking access, especially during busy seasons like Christmas. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt the hotel could improve on noise insulation and providing clear arrival information.

The breakfast was a good experience, featuring artisan pastries like fresh croissants and local Kugelhopf cake, all served in a cozy café environment. hotel suisse is fantastic! it's right in the heart of town, super close to the cathedral. my mini single room had a lovely view of the tiled roofs. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when they reserved a table for me at a great local restaurant. breakfast was a real treat too!

It was just a decent option for a transient visit in Strasbourg with fantastic value for money. The staff were really helpful and made sure I found my way to a great nearby restaurant. Pack light as parking is a bit far from the hotel setup.
